Detector log video amp comes in compact package

Manufactured by American Microwave Corporation, the Model DLA-218-SK45 is a detector log video amplifier (DLVA) that operates in the frequency range from 2 to 18GHz with a dynamic range of 45dB. The logging range is -40 to +5dBm and the TSS is -40dBm. DC power is +12V DC at 120mA maximum and -12V DC at 80mA.

Typically, rise time is 20ns typical and fall time is 150ns.

An option is available with CW immunity to -10dBm designated DLA-218CWI-SK45.

Designed to operate over -54 to +85C the temperature stability is +/-1dB.
